Position Description:
Currently, Tetranex is seeking a full-time Project Administrator, Well Pad Commissioning.
Responsibilities:
Develop binders for field resources that align with the latest document revision requirements.
Compile and maintain HAT binders, modyard binders, and CCWP documentation, ensuring all technical documents, redlines, and Field Change Notices (FCNs) are incorporated correctly.
Perform quality control checks on completed binders from field resources.
Issue turnovers and ensure documentation accuracy prior to submission.
Identify and resolve documentation issues with the field team (e.g., missing drawings, loop check sheets, or FCNs, etc.).
Support projects teams in maintaining accurate, accessible, and well-organized documentation.
Provide administrative QA/QC prior to turnover.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Document Control, Project Administration, or related role.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
Proven ability to interact with multi-discipline engineering teams.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Experience using Bluebeam Revu for document markups.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
