Essential Responsibilities
Act as the single point of contact for customers, managing all inbound inquiries, concerns, and escalations
Communicate our project process to new customers and guide them through next steps
Manage escalations and objections, ensuring prompt resolution in collaboration with internal team
Validate cancellations and confirm customer intent prior to removing work from the schedule
Monitor appointments and project timelines to ensure SLA adherence
Maintain communication logs and support documentation for customer files and project milestones
Work closely with Project Coordinators and Superintendents to share updates and ensure alignment
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing administrative or coordination role (telecom or utilities preferred)
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to de-escalate tense situations, manage objections, and set expectations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify technical language for customers
Comfortable with high call volume and constant customer interaction
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented with strong time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
$ 38,800.00 - 53,350 Annually
This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
