True North Sports + Entertainment is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Project Administrator (Student).
The Project Administrator (Student) will contribute to People & Culture initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in project management and administrative tasks. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with multiple stakeholders while developing essential skills in organization, data management, and communication. What to be excited for in this role:
Take ownership of a project related to People and Culture, managing it from planning to execution with the mentorship and support from HR team.
Assist with real-world administrative tasks, including but not limited to document preparation, filing, and scheduling.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain records, strengthening your attention to detail.
Collaborate with managers, department leaders, and external vendors on project implementation.
Contribute to employee programs, recruitment, and onboarding activities.
Handle general projects inquiries and assist with a variety of HR-related matters.
What we need from you:
Currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related program.
Great attention to detail and well-organized, with the ability to multitask.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with different stakeholders.
Ability to adapt quickly, think and act proactively.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Capable of performing heavy lifting.
