The Opportunity
The Project Administrator is responsible for the comprehensive administration of a diverse range of projects, ranging from small-scale initiatives to large, ongoing activities within the organization. This role extends beyond traditional project administration and includes construction administration, fleet administration, vendor coordination, operational software administration and general project support. The Project Administrator organizes and manages various activities, ensuring proper administration of incentive files and coordinating maintenance efforts. As a key member of the project team, the Project Administrator supports all phases of projects--from capital budgeting and workplace planning to pre-construction, design development, and project completion--while also gathering and analyzing data to drive continuous improvement and project success.
