Summary of Job-Related Responsibilities:

The Project Administrator provides support to our Overhead Crane Division. This is a public facing position, highlighting WF's professionalism and expertise to the industry.

Skills & Knowledge Requirements:

5+ years of experience in an administrative role in a similar industry Excellent customer service skills, exhibiting a friendly and positive attitude to customers, vendors, and co-workers. Excellent time management skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks. Organizational ability, prioritizing tasks and following up on items in a timely fashion. Computer proficiency with Microsoft, QuickBooks, Fishbowl and other programs as required.

Scope of Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Sorting and updating of project related information, including data entry and filing. Managing project databases and tracking systems Tracking deadlines and deliverables Documenting meeting minutes and client correspondence Providing Support to Project Manager and Project Coordinator Providing general administrative support to the office, greeting customers, and supporting the team Maintaining professional customer relationships Other duties as required by the position
