: Our client has recently completed a transaction to acquire another company. As part of the integration work, our client has mobilized a Technology and Operations workstream that is responsible for the planning and delivery of the activities required to facilitate the integration of the two organizations. The nature of the work for this workstream is highly variable and requires responsiveness to changing priorities and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding & Offboarding: Seamlessly manage multi-step onboarding and offboarding processes for EY and non-EY resources, ensuring rapid access and smooth transitions. Prioritize urgent requests and coordinate with stakeholders to expedite security checks, equipment provisioning, and credential setup. Keep onboarding materials current and proactively address common questions about access, travel, and logistics. Event Logistics: Organize and book rooms for travel events at EY and client site, ensuring all participants have the necessary building and Wi-Fi access. Register non-EY resources and facilitate guest access with precision and attention to detail. Program Support: Deliver weekly "Wins of the Week" updates to celebrate team achievements and maintain momentum. Support recognition programs and contribute to status reporting with clarity and consistency. Resourcing & Invoicing: Maintain accurate resourcing sheets, forecast hours, and cost rates. Ensure timely, error-free invoice submissions from subcontractors, applying strong prioritization and organizational skills to meet deadlines. What You'll Bring: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. Excellent communication and follow-up abilities to keep stakeholders informed and processes on track. A proactive mindset, ready to anticipate needs and resolve issues before they arise. There will be room to improve existing processes and you will be working under the supervision of the Delivery Lead for the first few months. Being bilingual English-French is a plus as we work in a fully bilingual environment.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 40 months

Pay: $60.00-$85.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: Remote
