We are looking for a Project Administrator to join our Infrastructure Field Services team working out of our Kitchener office supporting our water and wastewater construction team. This role provides an exciting opportunity in construction management supporting our communities with vital water and wastewater treatment infrastructure. Our ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Primary Responsibilities
Follow and maintain document control processes, systems and procedures established for projects while processing and tracking project documentation.
Support and use designated electronic systems to store documents, track communications and manage edits.
Migrate and assist with migrating documents between required document management systems, which includes interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.
Compile and assemble documents, reports, manuals, and other materials.
Prepare status reports as required.
Provide support to the construction team and the engineering design team ensuring adherence to client standards, CIMA+ procedures and best practices.
Ensure CIMA+ quality procedures are maintained.
Provide general project support as required.
Qualifications
Technical degree or diploma in a related field.
Two years of related experience.
Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam Revu.
MTO Class 'G' driver's license in good standing and access to a personnel vehicle.
