Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Project Administrator
to support our team in delivering exceptional service and efficient project execution. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for conducting
various compliance documents, project activities, project onboarding, permitting, ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders, and maintaining
accurate documentation.
The ideal candidate is proactive, excels in time management, and is committed to upholding high standards of service. You will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency while providing outstanding customer support to clients and internal teams. Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively are essential for success in this position.
Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Service
+ Provide prompt and professional assistance to customers
+ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings to educate and assist clients effectively
+ Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with a solution-oriented approach
+ Maintain accurate customer records, orders, and service interactions
+ Work with internal teams to improve customer service processes and ensure client satisfaction
+ Scheduling
Projects
+ Customer onboarding
+ Documentation management - ensure accurate project records and compliance documentation
+ Project audits
+ Updating project statuses and ensuring Project Managers are aware of any delays
+ Maintain project trackers
Permitting
+ Apply for relevant permits: building, electrical, and development
+ Coordinate Structural Certifications with our Structural Engineer
+ Apply for Microgeneration Agreements with the relevant Wire Service Providers

Qualifications & Competencies
Diploma or degree in Business Administration (Preferred).
Experience in customer service or related field.
Ability to provide a high standard of service and ensure client satisfaction.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Proven ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
Ability to identify challenges and implement practical solutions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
