Responsible for accurate revenue recognition and related costs.
Regular review of Work in Progress reporting ensuring accuracy and highlighting opportunities for additional revenue recognition.
Month end balance sheet reconciliation
Review and posting of the respective business units payroll entries
Collaborating with AR team as well as business unit managers on managing AR aging ensuring timely billing and collection
Preparation of the Sales Tax returns for Canadian businesses
Responsible for regular meetings with branch managers offering guidance on the results of the branches and assisting with any inquiries budget, forecast or actual results related for their respective branches
Review monthly bank reconciliation and work with finance department on ensuring outstanding items are cleared in a timely fashion
Monthly Actual to Budget/Forecast analysis with adequate commentary explaining material variances.
Assistance with quarterly and year end audits
Other duties as assigned
About You
Proven experience of ability to analyze WIP costs and correctly recognize revenue based on the analysis.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Ability to work independently with little supervision
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize assigned tasks
Skillset allowing to produce accurate work in a timely fashion.
Salary Range $80,000 - $90,000/year
