Job Description
This Vancouver based client are a real estate developer, looking for an experienced Project Accountant to join their organization.
Responsible for the full cycle accounting and maintenance of a large portfolio or commercial and residential projects at different stages. This person will have a keen eye for detail and will be responsible for cost allocation, job costing, financial reporting, preparing financial statements & updating project cash flow.
Requirements
Ideal candidates will have strong project accounting and job costing experience. CPA designation is preferred for this position and pursuing candidates will also be considered.
