We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Community Engagement Specialist to serve as a vital link between our organization and the community. This role involves developing and implementing outreach strategies, fostering strong relationships, and promoting community involvement. Responsibilities

Develop and execute community outreach programs to increase engagement and awareness Organize and facilitate public speaking events, workshops, and informational sessions Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and effective execution Lead recruitment efforts for community volunteers, partners, and stakeholders Collect, analyze, and report data related to community engagement activities to measure impact Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach strategies with organizational objectives Oversee administrative tasks associated with community programs, including scheduling and documentation Provide leadership and supervision to team members involved in outreach initiatives Design marketing materials and campaigns to promote community events and programs Teach or train community members on relevant topics as needed

Skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.50 per hour
