Ce que nous recherchons
Nous recherchons un(e) programmeur(euse) gameplay passionne(e) pour rejoindre notre equipe de developpement. Tu travailleras en etroite collaboration avec les designers, les artistes et les animateurs afin de donner vie aux mecaniques de jeu et aux experiences interactives de notre projet. Ton role sera central pour creer des systemes fluides, immersifs et narrativement engageants.
Responsabilites
Concevoir, developper et maintenir des mecaniques de gameplay variees (interactions, systemes de progression, combat, exploration, etc.).
Integrer et ameliorer les systemes d'animation (blend spaces, state machines, animation montages, synchronisation gameplay/animation).
Collaborer avec l'equipe narrative pour mettre en place des fonctionnalites qui soutiennent la mise en scene et l'immersion.
Optimiser et deboguer le code afin d'assurer stabilite, performance et qualite.
Travailler en collaboration avec les autres disciplines (design, art, QA) pour livrer une experience de jeu coherente et engageante.
Participer a la conception technique de nouvelles fonctionnalites et proposer des solutions creatives.
Qualifications:
Solide maitrise d'Unreal Engine 5
Excellente comprehension des mecaniques de gameplay et du scripting oriente gameplay (C++ et Blueprint).
Experience avec les systemes d'animation (animation state machines, IK, root motion, retargeting).
Interet marque pour la narration interactive et l'integration du storytelling dans le gameplay.
Capacite a travailler de maniere autonome tout en collaborant efficacement avec une equipe multidisciplinaire.

What we looking for:
We are looking for a passionate Gameplay Programmer to join our development team. You will work closely with designers, artists, and animators to bring the game mechanics and interactive experiences of our project to life. Your role will be central to creating fluid, immersive and narratively engaging systems.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain a variety of gameplay mechanics (interactions, progression systems, combat, exploration, etc.).
Integrate and improve animation systems (blend spaces, state machines, animation montages, gameplay/animation synchronization).
Collaborate with the narrative team to implement features that support staging and immersion.
Optimize and debug code to ensure stability, performance, and quality.
Work collaboratively with other disciplines (design, art, QA) to deliver a consistent and engaging gaming experience.
Participate in the technical design of new features and propose creative solutions.
Qualifications:
Solid mastery of Unreal Engine 5
Excellent understanding of gameplay mechanics and gameplay-oriented scripting (C++ and Blueprint).
Experience with animation systems (animation state machines, IK, root motion, retargeting).
Strong interest in interactive storytelling and the integration of storytelling into gameplay.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
Good problem-solving skills, technical curiosity and creativity.
Experience with narrative systems (interactive dialogues, scripted sequences, branching).
Knowledge of cinematic tools (Sequencer in Unreal).
Experience designing non-player character behaviors and emerging gameplay mechanics
Have previously contributed to a published game (standalone or commercial).
