Our client has a great opportunnity for a client in Healthcare.Background:In 2018, a comprehensive Community Health IT Strategy was developed to create a centralized Patient Case Management solution, enhancing collaboration among healthcare providers. In 2020, the Salesforce Health Cloud Platform was selected to support this strategy due to its comprehensive tools and powerful analytics designed for the healthcare industry.Currently, the focus is on expanding the CommunityCare application to include new healthcare services. To address internet and cellular connectivity issues, a Progressive Web App (PWA) is being constructed. This PWA will enable healthcare providers to capture patient care details offline, which will be uploaded to the main application once connectivity is restored.Services Sought:We are seeking a skilled React/Node JS Developer to join the existing team and complete the development of the PWA. The successful candidate will be part of a project team of 10-15 IT professionals and will work on interfacing with other systems.Qualifications/Experience:Mandatory Requirements:

• M1: Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written).
• M2: University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• M3: Limit vendor submissions to 2 candidates.

• S1: 8 years of experience as a developer responsible for analyzing complex problems, proposing alternative solutions, and breaking them down into workable tasks.
• S2: 2 years of experience with front-end development using React JS framework, Node JS, Next JS, Svelte, or Astro along with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• S3: 2 years of integration experience with APIs to ensure optimal data flow and synchronization.
• S4: 2 years of experience in designing and implementing robust progressive web apps (PWA) with a focus on user experience and performance.
• S5: 2 years of experience utilizing local storage and IndexedDB, NoSQL for efficient application data management.
• S6: 2 years of experience with secure authentication (e.g., Azure IDP) and effective session management.
• S7: 2 years of experience adhering to best practices for securing PWA and encrypting local data to safeguard sensitive information.
• S8: 2 years of experience creating and managing service workers for offline capabilities and optimized resource handling.
• S9: 1 year of experience with Azure DevOps to manage the CI/CD pipelines.
• S10: Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System and Salesforce APIs and their integration is considered an asset. (1 year)
