Job Summary:
The Programmer Analyst will be responsible for developing, documenting, coding, testing, and implementing technical solutions to meet business requirements within the context of health application services. This role requires a senior-level professional with extensive experience in programming, analysis, and integration technologies.
Location: Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada,
Responsibilities:
- Developing, documenting, coding, testing, and implementing technical solutions.
- Working with integration engines.
- Working with databases.
- Utilizing scripting languages.
- Working with reporting services.
- Working with .Net.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- University degree in Computer Science or similar discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Minimum of 15 years of IM/IT experience.
- Minimum of 10 years as a Senior Programmer (programming and analysis).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated experience developing, documenting, coding, testing and implementing technical solutions to meet the business requirements (10 Years +).
- Demonstrated experience with Oracle/SQL Server (10 years +).
- Demonstrated experience with Power Shell Scripting (5 years +).
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft SSRS (5 years +).
- Demonstrated experience with .Net (5 years +).
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Demonstrated experience working with Provincial Health Care and Electronic Health Records applications (2 years +).
- Demonstrated experience working with integration engines such as Rhapsody (2 years +).
- Demonstrated experience with EMPI (e.g. Initiate and Infosphere) (1 year +).

- Must be available to start work on or about the specified date.
- Onsite work is required.
