In this role, you'll provide essential operational and administrative support that helps keep intelligence processes running smoothly. You'll work with secure systems, manage sensitive data, and coordinate day-to-day activities that contribute to the effectiveness of Ontario's criminal intelligence efforts.
Key responsibilities include:
retrieve and organize information from secure databases and systems.
maintain and update confidential criminal and intelligence records.
prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence using various software tools.
provide front-line reception and respond to inquiries professionally.
coordinate meetings, including logistics, agendas, and travel arrangements.
support financial processes and general office administration, including file management, supply ordering, and database maintenance.

Administrative Knowledge and Experience
You have:
experience working with government procedures and policies to deliver administrative and data support.
knowledge of processing purchase orders, invoices, expense claims, and HR documents.
familiarity with managing both digital and paper records.
strong arithmetic skills to verify expenses, check calculations, and estimate costs.
ability to learn about the division's operations to manage schedules, prioritize appointments, and respond to inquiries.
ability to understand and follow procedures for handling sensitive police and intelligence information.
