Position Title: Program Support Officer, Work Integrated Learning
Status: FT Support
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Faculty/Department: Faculty of Social & Community Services
Campus/Location: Lakeshore Campus
Salary: Payband G - $30.87 - $35.77
What you will do:
The incumbent will provide direct support to the Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) Manager and WIL Centre in the Faculty of Social and Community Services while providing a comprehensive range of support services to the students, professors, program coordinators (PCs), and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: administrative, program, financial, human resources, student, marketing, and inter-departmental support. The incumbent also acts as a resource to students, professors, PCs, and administrators on the application of the WIL Centre\xe2\x80\x99s policies and procedures. It is expected that the incumbent, therefore, will continue to develop opportunities that directly impact the learning environment. The volume and diversity of students encountered enhances the customer service requirements of this role.

3-year diploma or degree from a recognized college or university in Business, Communications, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Human Resources, Information Systems, Marketing or equivalent
