Total Communication Environment (TCE) is currently seeking an additional compassionate, skilled, and committed Program Supervisor to join our leadership team. This position plays a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of several group homes that support adults with developmental disabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of care, staff supervision, and compliance with relevant legislation and agency policy--while fostering an environment grounded in self-determination, growth, and building relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and oversight for person-centered planning and support plans.
Supervise, coach, and develop direct support staff; conduct performance reviews and team meetings.
Coordinate and support individualized care, community engagement, and medical follow-up for individuals supported.
Oversee documentation, health & safety, medication administration, and home/program operations.
Participate in interviewing, onboarding, and training of new staff, students, and volunteers.
Collaborate with scheduling and HR to ensure adequate staffing and workforce planning.
Manage program expenditures and administrative tasks including petty cash, payroll, and mileage.
Represent TCE professionally in the community, at team and sector meetings, and on committees.
Participate in the on-call management rotation and be a contributing member of the leadership team.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the developmental services sector.
Knowledge of person-centered support principles, MCCSS regulations, and applicable legislation (OHSA, AODA, etc.).
Experience coaching staff, facilitating team meetings, and managing documentation and compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, and trauma-informed practices.
Flexibility to travel between homes and work evenings/on-call as needed.
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle

Working Conditions:
Primarily located in TCE group homes with occasional office and community-based work.
Participation in the on-call rotation and potential evening/weekend work.
Participation in physical care and recreational activities with residents as required.
