Job Description

Firm Foundation Program Supervisor

Responsibilities:

In charge of daily supervision of staff while over-seeing program administration. Responsible for maintaining student and staff records while ensuring policy is updated when needed, Responsible for ensuring licensing requirements are met and regulations are followed. Program Supervisor will also work directly with students; planning and delivering excellent After School Clubs and Camp Activities.
Requirements:

Individual must have experience with children and hold a degree/certification as an RECE or a Certified School Teacher. Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience is required. Individual must be a team player, punctual, organized, personable, an effective communicator and most importantly, great with children! Additionally the individual must have: Certification in First Aid/CPR, Criminal Reference Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening and up-to-date Immunizations.
*Selected candidate is entitled to 3 weeks paid vacation annually.
