Primary Accountabilities

As the Program Specialist, you will:

  • Be an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team working on the modernization of Legal Services technology stack.
  • Iteratively deliver products and services that provide value to the team.
  • Set standards and best practices for the team.
  • Onboard and Train new users.
  • Work effectively as a first responder by diagnosing, evaluating, and resolving digital problems (software and hardware).
  • Identifies users needs and responds to questions and concerns from key stakeholders and team. Conducts investigations to resolve issues if necessary.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of digital products.
  • Provide analytics to support decision making and mitigate risks.
  • Maintain the products\' backlog, sprint planning, UAT planning, data migration coordinating, and ongoing user training materials.
  • Confirms the divisions equipment requirements and hardware inventory management.

What You Bring to the Table

Your ability to:
  • Work in complex legal and technical environments using an agile delivery methodology.

  • Innovatively problem solve including diagnosing, evaluating, and resolving digital problems in restrictive timeframes.
Your experience is in:
  • Legal Field or similar professional field.
  • Digital product support and troubleshooting.
  • Onboarding and Training.
  • DevOps practices.
  • Data migration from legacy system database to the replacement systems.
You must have a bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience may be acceptable.

Additional Information

This is a Term employment opportunity with an anticipated end date of November 30, 2024. The appointment status (\'term\', \'temporary\' or \'casual\') is dependent on the start date of the successful candidate.

Pay Grade: PR 13

Salary Range: $2,543.38 - $3,091.70 Bi-Weekly
