Description and Requirements

Position Overview:

The Program Manager-Channel Services Operations plays a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support to our channel business partners, ensuring the enhancement of efficiency, and adding substantial value to our Authorized Service Providers (ASP).

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute programs to meet the requirements of Authorized Service Providers, focusing on enabling quality service capabilities and optimizing processes.

Lead projects from a service-oriented perspective, including the review of technical and logistical requirements, identification of tasks, coordination of resources, and the creation/tracking of project schedules.

Provide service requirements and strategic direction to external organizations to enhance delivery for ASPs in North America.

Serve as a focal point from a global perspective, ensuring compliance with best practices worldwide.

Drive continuous improvement in ASP service delivery programs, addressing cost and enhancing Customer Satisfaction.

Consistently provide end-to-end service advice and contribute to the continual improvement of ASP program support.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management, specifically in managing warranty services through Business Partners.
• Understanding of database management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with ISO Compliance fundamentals.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong proficiency in data analytics and data mining.
• Proven Project Management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving approach.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
