We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager, Workforce Data Management & Reporting to join our HRAP team. As the Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by providing organizational leadership for Human Resources, corporate and clinical support areas, and external bodies on all matters pertaining to workforce data management and reporting. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge and experience with workforce systems, data, metrics, and reporting to support the strategic and operational workforce measurement needs. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of data analysts and reporting specialists, providing guidance, mentoring, and professional development. Lead workforce and performance metric reporting and benchmarking, internal and external. Create and provide access to workforce data for HR and the AHS analytic community. Collaborate with HR Business Partners, HR Shared Services, other HR Centers of Excellence, and non-HR teams on projects and ad hoc requests. Support and develop the workforce modules of AHS\' corporate business intelligence system. Integrate data, reporting, and analytics within HR datasets, other AHS datasets (Finance, Analytics, etc.), and external datasets. Conduct external workforce-related environmental scanning, benchmarking, and reporting. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in human resources, information technology, management, business administration or related area degree in a relevant field; master\'s degree preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in workforce reporting, data management, and analytics. Proficiency in workforce systems, data analysis and reporting tools (Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, etc.). Strong leadership and project management skills (project management certificate preferred). Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
