Your role


Are you a strategic problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment? As a Program Manager at Saab Canada, you will play a key role in leading and coordinating projects that contribute to our mission of innovation and security. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth project execution while fostering strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.


In this role, you will:

Oversee project activities throughout the entire lifecycle, from planning to execution Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with contractual agreements Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders Support strategic planning and business development initiatives Lead project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment Develop reports and provide regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders

This is a one-year term position based in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, with the possibility of a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

Your profile


We are looking for an adaptable and results-oriented leader with strong communication skills and the ability to navigate complex projects. You enjoy working in an international setting and have experience managing multiple initiatives while keeping a clear focus on both strategy and execution.

To succeed in this role, you likely have: 5+ years of experience in the aerospace or defence industry A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams or projects A solid understanding of financial management and government contracts Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus!) A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with strong negotiation skills
This position requires Canadian Government Security Clearance (NATO Secret) or the ability to obtain one.
