Program Manager

to lead cross-functional initiatives that drive business transformation, operational efficiency, and strategic growth. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering impactful outcomes through structured program management. It involves strategic planning, initiatives management, and providing insights and recommendations that enhance user experience, operational effectiveness, and growth. will support leadership and work closely with cross-functional partners in executing key priorities and driving growth, by bringing strategy to life, providing strategic counsel and promoting enhancements and process optimization. It

Key Responsibilities:

Support the planning and execution of programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop and maintain detailed strategic program plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Ensure programs adhere to governance frameworks and compliance requirements. Monitor program performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Implement best practices for program management and operational efficiency. Support third-party onboarding and engagements as needed. Prepare status reports and business updates for leadership, summarizing trends, risks and progress. Influence and collaborate across functions and translate complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations. Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance program outcomes. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. Identify emerging trends and provide thought leadership to inform future strategies. Support enterprise initiatives beyond core program scope when required. Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as priorities evolve.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably within banking or insurance. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, cross-functional programs. Proven ability to support and influence leadership in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment. Knowledge of financial principles, operational processes, and business performance drivers. Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset and ability to build relationships across diverse teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Comfort with strategic planning and change management. PMP certification or equivalent certification is an asset. Proficiency in project management tools and agile methodologies is an asset.

Salary:

$69,000.00 - $129,000.00

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group's expected target for the first year in this position.


BMO Financial Group's total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
