Job Summary





The Program Manager is responsible for establishing the best business process for their unit; planning, implementing, controlling, and evaluating operational and business performance. This role will also identify opportunities for improving department and program effectiveness and support strategic solutions of the Company. This position also has a lead role in managing clients and internal stakeholders to ensure projects/programs assigned are conducted professionally, on schedule, and on budget in accordance to established specifications.

Work Arrangement

: This is a

hybrid position

requiring candidates to work

on-site at least 2 days per week

at one of our designated office locations. The remaining days may be worked remotely, subject to team and business.

Candidates must be willing to travel across North America, with travel expected to be approximately 20% of the time.





Specific Responsibilities



Identifies opportunities for improving organizational effectiveness with a particular emphasis on total customer service and cost control. Manages relationships with key customers within area of responsibility to ensure that specifications and business requirements for the project are clearly established; share information with internal project teams and across CAN business units; and continue the liaison activities during the project to ensure that the client is satisfied with the course the project is taking. Consults on issues such as business processes, workflow, productivity, quality, and organizational design. Identifies business development or expanded service opportunities within existing client base and works with the Business Development staff to develop proposals; participate in presentations, sales and marketing efforts, trade shows and other networking activities as required. Manages schedules, controls deadlines, and addresses general project organizational needs. Ensures high level of customer responsiveness with proactivity in addressing and solving issues. Participates in strategic customer meetings and other business review meetings to ensure understanding of customers' short- and long-term strategy. Ensures that business requirements, schedules and budgets are established and agreed to prior to commencing the project. Ensure that projects / programs are monitored for achievement of the key performance indicators as well as continuous improvement through monitoring of the KPIs/SLAs and AR. Drive innovation by identifying and implementing emerging technologies and digital solutions to enhance service delivery, improve operational efficiency, and elevate customer experience.

General Responsibilities



Prepares and maintains the project master binders and ensure that program documentation is up to date. Ensures all training both corporate and program/project specific are up to date and complying with QMS requirements. Participates in implementation and support of programs quality systems. Participates in research and consulting activities as required.

Minimum Qualifications



Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Patient Support Programs (PSPs), with a strong understanding of program design, implementation, and optimization. Proven leadership experience within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in a clinical or account management capacity, demonstrating the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.

Excellent oral presentation and interpersonal skills. Impeccable written and spoken English skills. Bilingual skills (French/English) an asset. Ability to communicate clearly with clients and employees. Excellent listening and questioning skills. Ability to approach issues from a number of perspectives, summarizing data to draw a conclusion, excellent analytical. Flexibility to travel across North America (approx. 20% travel) Experience in data management/reporting tools is an asset.

Le/la Gestionnaire de programme est responsable de l'etablissement des meilleurs processus operationnels pour son unite, ainsi que de la planification, de la mise en oeuvre, du controle et de l'evaluation de la performance operationnelle et commerciale. Ce role vise egalement a identifier les opportunites d'amelioration de l'efficacite des departements et des programmes, tout en soutenant les solutions strategiques de l'entreprise. Ce poste joue egalement un role cle dans la gestion des clients et des parties prenantes internes afin de garantir que les projets/programmes attribues soient menes de maniere professionnelle, dans les delais et le budget impartis, conformement aux specifications etablies.

Modalite de travail :

Ce poste est hybride, exigeant que les candidats travaillent sur site au moins 2 jours par semaine dans l'un de nos bureaux designes. Les jours restants peuvent etre travailles a distance, selon les besoins de l'equipe et de l'entreprise.


Les candidats doivent etre disposes a voyager en Amerique du Nord, avec environ 20 % de deplacements prevus.

Responsabilites specifiques



Identifier les opportunites d'amelioration de l'efficacite organisationnelle, en mettant l'accent sur le service client global et le controle des couts. Gerer les relations avec les clients cles dans son domaine de responsabilite afin de garantir que les specifications et les exigences commerciales du projet soient clairement etablies ; partager les informations avec les equipes internes et les unites commerciales de CAN ; maintenir les activites de liaison pendant le projet pour assurer la satisfaction du client. Offrir des conseils sur les processus commerciaux, les flux de travail, la productivite, la qualite et la conception organisationnelle. Identifier les opportunites de developpement commercial ou d'elargissement des services aupres des clients existants et collaborer avec l'equipe de developpement commercial pour elaborer des propositions ; participer aux presentations, aux efforts de vente et de marketing, aux salons professionnels et autres activites de reseautage selon les besoins. Gerer les calendriers, respecter les delais et repondre aux besoins organisationnels generaux du projet. Assurer un haut niveau de reactivite client avec une approche proactive pour resoudre les problemes. Participer aux reunions strategiques avec les clients et aux autres reunions d'examen commercial pour comprendre les strategies a court et long terme des clients. Veiller a ce que les exigences commerciales, les calendriers et les budgets soient etablis et approuves avant le debut du projet. Assurer le suivi des projets/programmes pour atteindre les indicateurs de performance cles (KPI), et favoriser l'amelioration continue via le suivi des KPI/SLA et des comptes clients. Stimuler l'innovation en identifiant et en mettant en oeuvre des technologies emergentes et des solutions numeriques pour ameliorer la prestation de services, accroitre l'efficacite operationnelle et enrichir l'experience client.

Responsabilites generales



Preparer et maintenir les classeurs maitres du projet et s'assurer que la documentation du programme est a jour. Veiller a ce que toutes les formations, tant corporatives que specifiques au programme/projet, soient a jour et conformes aux exigences du systeme de gestion de la qualite (QMS). Participer a la mise en oeuvre et au soutien des systemes de qualite des programmes. Participer aux activites de recherche et de consultation selon les besoins.

Qualifications minimales



Diplome universitaire dans un domaine pertinent. Minimum de 5 ans d'experience pratique dans les Programmes de Soutien aux Patients (PSP), avec une solide comprehension de la conception, de la mise en oeuvre et de l'optimisation des programmes. Experience averee en leadership dans l'industrie pharmaceutique, idealement dans un role clinique ou de gestion de comptes, demontrant la capacite a diriger des equipes interfonctionnelles et a piloter des initiatives strategiques.

Competences cles



Excellentes competences en presentation orale et en relations interpersonnelles. Maitrise impeccable de l'anglais ecrit et parle. Competences bilingues (francais/anglais) sont un atout. Capacite a communiquer clairement avec les clients et les employes. Excellentes competences d'ecoute et de questionnement. Capacite a aborder les problemes sous plusieurs angles, a resumer les donnees pour en tirer des conclusions ; excellentes competences analytiques. Flexibilite pour voyager en Amerique du Nord (environ 20 % de deplacements). Experience avec les outils de gestion et de reporting de donnees est un atout.

$81,500 - $135,900
