Develop, maintain, and manage program requirements, plans, timeline, issues, risks and challenges. Support cross-functional areas to drive a program or OEM projects. Work closely with program/process owners, stakeholders, and business partners to identify business change and drive the consensus necessary to adopt a manageable change strategy. Manage programs and projects involving multiple parties/organizations with conflicting agendas and business priorities. Lead cross-organization project teams towards targeted and scheduled outcomes. Engage with program/process owners, stakeholders and business partners as necessary to communicate project objectives, strategy, tactics, and ongoing progress.

Primary responsibilities:

• Create a regular cadence of business and drive monthly business reviews

• Provide actionable business insights that enable effective management and decision-making

• Track and report our organizational metrics

• Drive for improvements within our business process and resources

• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, IT and Finance

• Assist the team with Procurement and Purchase Order process

Required qualifications:

• Relevant experience working on rhythm-of-business activities, business operations, business management, finance, or other similar environments.

• 3-4 years of experience in business analysis with Canadian OEMs

• Ability to story-tell business and financial analytics and reports to audiences spanning multiple disciplines & seniority levels, including senior executives

• Proven effectiveness driving complex multi-stakeholder planning processes, leading cross-team programs to desired results, and managing risk

• Proven ability to work across organizations and reporting boundaries to get things done

• Bachelor\'s degree business or equivalent
