, you will work with the program team members within the department to lead all activities and quality assurance of the program. You will also be responsible for providing leadership, development and guidance to direct reports.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages the overall day to day operations, client services and strategic objectives of their program area including:
+ Support and lead the administration and operation of the program, including business planning and development of long-term strategies and budgeting.
+ Manage the intake of participants, production and distribution of MSF reports and the collection of feedback data.
+ Develop and maintain effective and supportive relationships by leading and provide prompt follow-up response to the needs of participants and their respondents.
+ Manage the production and distribution of MSF program reports and ensure the program manual and policies are kept relevant.
+ Establish policies, procedures or principles that guide and support continuous quality improvement within the program and align with CPSA and national standards.
+ Provide content expertise and consultation to partners as required and act as a representative of CPSA, both in the community and to other colleges. Accountable for the operation and maintenance of the MSF software platform and collaborating with the Communications team to ensure MSF communications are relevant, including program letters, reports and the website.
+ Collaboration with the Director to provide continuous quality improvement to the MSF tool and marketing to potential users.
Management & Team Development:
+ Provide leadership, direction, and performance management when necessary to program team members.
+ Recruitment, development and retention of program team members.
+ Conduct program team members annual performance evaluations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree
10 years of related experience, including 5 years of business analyst and 5 years of leadership.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Training in IT programming and coding is strongly preferred.
Strong marketing and client services, experience preferred.
Advanced interpersonal/communication/writing skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with SharePoint an asset.
SALARY
The annual salary for this position is $113,727 and includes a comprehensive benefit package and pension plan.
