The Role
We are seeking a results-driven and analytically minded Strategic Program Managers to lead high-impact initiatives spanning loyalty programs, operations and partner enablement. These roles blend strategic planning with commercial execution, while enabling growth through thoughtful engagement with customers & internal operations
What you'll be doing:
Act as the primary day-to-day contact for Neo Financial executives against an impact area, owning monitoring, timing, and delivery against target outcomes
Translate business needs into structured problem-solving approaches and lead the team in delivering results
Oversee data gathering, quantitative analysis, and synthesis of insights into a well defined roadmap to drive customer growth
Ensure quality control and rigor across work streams and deliverables, providing operational support and establishing best practices where needed
Own and manage the day-to-day execution of the program, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are met
Identify and manage risks, course-correcting as needed to keep initiatives on track
Jump in to support and unblock initiative owners by any means necessary
Bring industry insights, best practices, and innovative thinking to Neo's business challenges
Who we are looking for:
You have 5+ years of experience in a Program or Portfolio management role within a fast paced environment
Proven experience in creatively positioning products in a highly competitive and regulated environment on the national and/or global stage
Strong quantitative, analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills combined with outstanding business acumen
Experience advising senior leadership teams
Experience working with Product, Engineering and Technical teams an asset
Ability to drive urgency while maintaining high quality of work
