Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to work in a fast paced environment. Ventures Group Homes are treatment facilitated homes that work with vulnerable youth. Youth are referred to Ventures through area Children's Aid Societies. The Program Manager will work closely with the Executive Director and Operator of the home. They will also work closely with the youth in the home. Some of the job expections include;
- Being responsible for the daily operation of the home/implementing policies and procedures and ensuring they are being followed
- staffing/scheduling
- assisting with annual licencing
- reviewing and approving documents, daily logs, communications and plan of cares
- working closely with the Behavioural Assistant and the homes Pyschotherapist to ensure programming needs are being met
- Monthly reporting on the Ministry website SORL
- Overseeing medication administration/logging
- Serious Occurence reporting/debreifing requirements and completion
- Communication and liason with schools/families/Children's Aid Societies/Ministry Officials
- Other requests made by the Executive Director and/or Operator
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00-$73,000.00 per year
