Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager for our corporate cycle count program. As the Program Manager, Cycle Count you will be responsible for managing and improving the accuracy of our inventory counts, analyzing data, and providing crucial insights to senior management and external stakeholders.

In this role you will develop and maintain appropriate operational processes and inventory controls to ensure material management and handling meets specifications. The Program Manager, Cycle Count liaise with cross-functional groups to facilitate training, advise of cycle count results and collaborate towards quality efficiencies and cost savings.



Duties and Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Cycle Count program globally, ensuring precise and timely completion of inventory counts, including troubleshooting system and count issues as required

Set and lead meeting rhythms to review the progress on the cycle count program

Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing cycle count results for completion rate, accuracy rate, batch accuracy, and deliver strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders\xc3\x82

Liaise and work with Finance during bank audits

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams on initiatives that improve inventory accuracy

Develop and maintain standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for the cycle count program, and as required provide training to team members on cycle count best practices\xc3\x82

Knowledge and Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in supply chain management or related discipline with 3-5 years of experience

Strong analytical skills and mathematical acumen

Exceptional verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences, with prior experience presenting to senior management or external stakeholders

Strong organizational and project management abilities, demonstrating attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Advanced user of spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting. Knowledge of Tableau, Data Studio is an asset.\xc3\x82

Strong knowledge of ERP inventory management and cycle counting systems, SAP experience is an asset.
