Responsibilities:  
- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive program activities for participants  
- Follow lesson plans and curriculum provided that align with program goals and objectives  
- Provide Lego engineering instruction and guidance to participants in a supportive and inclusive manner  
- Monitor participant progress and provide feedback on their development  
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during program activities  
- Collaborate with other program staff to coordinate schedules and resources  
- Maintain accurate records of participant attendance, progress, and evaluations
- Maintain equipment and facility
-Host other program activities and events as needed
Skills:
- Minimum 2 years working with children ages 6 to 12  
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written  
- Ability to effectively engage and connect with participants of diverse backgrounds and abilities  
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail  
- Flexibility to adapt to changing program needs and participant dynamics  
- Knowledge of instructional techniques, building lego workshops and strategies for engaging learners  
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
This position requires a passion for working with individuals in a program setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in program instruction or related fields. First aid/CPR and a background check will be required.
