Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Program Instructor to join our team. The Program Instructor will play a vital role in creating an inclusive and motivating atmosphere that inspires participants to achieve their goals.

Duties

Develop and implement curriculum and activities tailored to the program's objectives and participant needs Facilitate engaging sessions, workshops, or classes in a variety of subjects or skills Assess participant progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all participants Collaborate with team members and program coordinators to plan events and special activities Monitor attendance and participation, ensuring program goals are met Prepare materials, resources, and equipment needed for program sessions Collect feedback from participants to continuously improve program quality and effectiveness

Qualifications

Prior experience in education, coaching, or community programs is preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups of participants Ability to design engaging lesson plans or activity outlines that promote active learning Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Passion for community service, education, or youth development Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Flexibility to adapt programming based on participant feedback and evolving needs Relevant certifications or training related to the program area are a plus

Pay: $22.00 per hour
