Program Facilitator (Term Full-Time)

POSITION TYPE:

Full-Time, Term Position Available (anticipated August 25, 2025 up to May 29, 2026)

SALARY:

$51,573 - $72,573 per annum


POSITION LOCATION:

Notre Dame Campus (Winnipeg, MB)

DUTIES



The Program Facilitator will support the Chairs in the School of Indigenous Education. They will be responsible for planning and implementing processes that support student success and the efficient administration, development, delivery, and promotions of programs. The Program Facilitator schedules and coordinates courses and timetables: tracks and monitors course enrolment numbers and other activities that ensure efficient operations. The incumbent supports Instructors with coordination of College resources and processes and solves operational problems; facilitates student success through the planning and delivery of student information sessions and program orientation sessions; prepares and edits promotional materials and website pages; and organizes and prepares materials for Program Advisory Committees, working groups, faculty and other program-related meetings. The incumbent liaises with external stakeholders, internal departments, students, and Instructors to support program development and delivery and to maintain positive working relationships.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS


Diploma in Office Administration or Business Administration/Management; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered Experience supporting the delivery of programs and services Experience working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and attention to detail is required while meeting deadlines Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as well as collaboratively within a team environment Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues Proficient use of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Experience building a respectful workplace culture that promotes diversity, learning and continuous improvement

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS


Experience with Red River College Polytechnic systems (e.g. LEARN, Infosilem/DCU, Colleague, Maestro) Experience with MS Project and/or leading internal operational projects Experience, knowledge, and competency with Indigenous cultures, history and community protocols
