Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Program Facilitator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing program activities, engaging with participants, and ensuring the successful implementation of various initiatives. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective public speaking abilities, and a passion for fostering community engagement. The Program Facilitator will play a crucial role in promoting our programs and driving participation through effective marketing strategies.

Duties

Supervise program operations and ensure adherence to established guidelines. Deliver engaging presentations and facilitate discussions to promote program objectives. Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of milestones. Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance program visibility and outreach. Lead recruitment efforts to attract participants and volunteers for various initiatives. Collect and analyze data to assess program effectiveness and inform future improvements. Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and preparing reports. Teach workshops or sessions as needed, sharing knowledge and skills with participants.

Qualifications

Proven experience in supervising teams or projects is essential. Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively. Demonstrated project management experience with a track record of successful outcomes. Familiarity with marketing principles and strategies to promote programs effectively. Excellent leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and collaboration among staff and participants. Experience in data collection methods and analysis for program evaluation purposes. Administrative experience that includes organizing tasks, managing schedules, and maintaining documentation.
