Program Development and Innovation Lead, College of Pharmacy and NutritionPlease note that a strong internal candidate has been identified.Primary Purpose: As a member of the College of Pharmacy and Nutrition, the Program Development and Innovation Lead will strategically create and implement innovative instructional, experiential, assessment, and professional development programming for the Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and Bachelor of Science in Nutrition (BScNutr) programs.Nature of Work: The goals of the PharmD and BSc (Nutrition) programs are to graduate pharmacists and dietitians who use their acquired, professional knowledge and skills to benefit patients, communities, and populations. Didactic education and experiential learning both play significant roles in ensuring our graduates have the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and competencies necessary to enter practice.Reporting to the Associate Dean Academic the successful candidate will function with a high level of independence, decision-making and accountability. This position also requires short, medium, and long-term planning, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with students, faculty, staff, preceptors, and other external partners and collaborators.Accountabilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of instructional, experiential, and assessment activities in the College of Pharmacy and Nutrition.
