Position Summary



Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Program Delivery Supervisor is a team player who demonstrates a passion for connecting and networking in the community. Must have outstanding customer service skills and effective communication skills to speak in front of large and small groups, both in-person and virtually. The position requires the ability to work independently with drive, enthusiasm, creativity, and flexibility.

The Program Delivery Supervisor plans and executes program delivery efforts to meet monthly match goals for ITW. This position cultivates relationships and creates and delivers a unique program experience for each youth enrolled. This position will work closely with the Director of Operations to align needs, and track success rates by candidate.

Primary duties include working with youth and deliver excellence in the day-to-day programming for our youth, increasing awareness for the ITW, developing new ways to market employment opportunities for the youth we serve, and presenting opportunities in a persuasive and engaging way. The Program Delivery Supervisor will design, implement, and supervise all life skills programming lessons, scheduling of all streams and engage with the youth for their participation. In addition, they will be expected to create lunch menus and ensure all youth registered in the program are served a healthy lunch for day programming and design the menu for evening programs.

Qualifications



Education and Experience



A diploma or bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred, with an emphasis in social services, education, or marketing/communications.

Demonstrated experience in social services sector, community organizing, or grassroots campaign experience preferred.

Natural ability to connect with people and inspire them to act

Availability



Typically, the

Program Delivery Supervisor

role will operate on a Monday through Friday, salaried role, however some evening and weekend hours may be required, as per the needs of the organization.

Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to travel throughout Cumberland County.

Experienced public speaking skills, with the ability to connect people to our mission. Must be charismatic, persuasive, professional, engaging, and dynamic with the ability to share the powerful message on how ITW will have sustaining effect on the lives of a youth in our communities.

Excellent customer service skills and approachable demeanor.

Demonstrated success in sales, working with volunteers or engagement with proven ability to meet quantitative goals.

Ability to create and facilitate formal and informal presentations to various sized groups and diverse audiences in-person or virtually.

Highly motivated, confident, organized, detail-oriented, and driven to meet goals.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with proven ability to work with diverse populations.

Ability to work effectively with colleagues, promoting cross-functional communication and problem solving.

Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and comfortable learning new systems and programs. Experience with Salesforce and Canva preferred.

Responsibilities



Program Delivery - 80%



Conduct on site day-to-day programming, create and deliver unique programming material which focuses on the success of our clients utilize new and existing partnerships with collegiate, corporate, and community organizations to meet monthly and annual program delivery metrics.

Effectively customizing presentations to align with target audience(s).

Conduct and facilitate the intake process in collaboration with the Community and Program Outreach Coordinator, while ensuring excellence in standards and operating procedures.

Administration - 20%



Maintain ongoing communication with program staff.

Complete daily documentation of progress for youth in program.

And other Duties as assigned by the Director of Operations and/or the Executive Director.



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
