Job Description

The Program Delivery Manager - AI & Data is responsible for overseeing and reporting on the complete lifecycle of AI and Data initiatives. This position blends program delivery leadership with Release Train Engineer (RTE) responsibilities to ensure seamless execution of Data & AI agile projects & programs and alignment with organizational strategy. You will work closely with business stakeholders, intake management teams, and Data & AI delivery teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.


In addition, you will provide executive-level reporting, delivering clear and actionable insights to senior leadership on program status, risks, dependencies, and strategic priorities. Additionally, the role includes supporting vendor management and governance activities, ensuring centralized contract repositories are maintained for accuracy and compliance.

What you'll do:



Oversee end-to-end delivery of AI & Data programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies across multiple initiatives. Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Events & Ceremonies: Organize and lead PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and Scrum of Scrums. Manage Risks & Dependencies: Identify, track, and resolve cross-team impediments and dependencies. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and methodologies. Facilitate effective communication and decision-making across cross-functional teams. Coordinate with Stakeholders: Align PI deliverables with business priorities and communicate progress transparently. Metrics & Reporting: Curate and maintain PI health metrics, predictability measures, and delivery performance dashboards. Documentation: Curates, maintains and documents all PI artifacts Coach Teams on SAFe Practices: Collaborate with the Agile Coach to ensure teams understand and follow Agile principles and SAFe framework. Manage vendor governance processes, including collaboration with procurement and technology teams to oversee and support end to end contract lifecycle Establish and maintain a centralized repository of Data & AI contracts and ensure accurate documentation. Identify and address vendor-related risks, ensuring alignment with organizational standards. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and Transformation Management office to understand requirements and priorities. Act as a liaison between intake management and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution. Develop and maintain program dashboards, status reports, and performance metrics. Ensure compliance with governance standards and organizational frameworks. Prepare and deliver concise, high-quality reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting program status, risks, dependencies, and strategic alignment.

What you bring:



Minimum of 8-10 years of demonstrated experience in program or project management within technology, data, or analytics domains Strong understanding of Agile methodologies Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences. Excellent stakeholder management skills, ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed environment Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully managing complex projects. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Experience in scaled Agile environments (e.g. SAFe) would be an asset. Experience in managing Data, AI, or analytics initiatives would be an asset. Certification in Agile, SAFe, or PMP would be an asset.

Our typical hiring range is between $79,000 and $131,000 Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
