Full-Time Program Coordinator
for our Specialized Supportive Housing in Terrace, BC. The Program Coordinator will manage the Specialized Supportive Housing programs as well as provide direction to ensure that the goals and objectives of the organization are met. Additionally, the Program Coordinator will provide planning, coordination, administration of programs, and participate in the afterhours and on-call rotation. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for talent management such as participation in recruitment, performance management processes, supervision of staff, creation of staff schedules, and approval of time entry on IBEX system. The successful candidate will have the ability to adapt to changes, work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate professionalism and have a positive attitude.

Qualifications & Requirements:
A diploma in a related human/social services field is required
At least 3 years' recent related work experience, including 1 year of supervisory experience;
Direct program delivery experience in the community social services sector with a demonstrated working knowledge of community-based programs and related provincial and community support is preferred
Clear Criminal Record Check (agency conducted, expenses covered)
Effective written and verbal communication
Valid BC driver's licence, reliable vehicle, and safe driving record
