Applications are currently being accepted for part-time or full-time positions in the Partner Assault Response (PAR) program. The PAR program requires facilitation by a male and female co-facilitator team to role-model gender equality in relation to decision-making and power-sharing. We are seeking qualified candidates who identify as male to fulfill this requirement. For this position, JHSWW welcomes applicants for part-time hours (10-24 hours per week) or full-time hours (25-35 hours per week). Scheduled hours will fall within the window of 8:30am to 8:30pm, Monday through Saturday. This position is based out of our Kitchener Office and reports to the Director of Community & Client Services. The incumbent is responsible for implementing the PAR program, conducting measurement and evaluation processes, contributing to program development, and engaging in community education initiatives. A driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle are required for the position. This is a unionized position, meaning the job is covered by a collective bargaining agreement between JHSWW and UFCW union representing the employees. If you are hired for this position in a permanent role, you will be required to join the union, pay union dues and adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in the collective agreement.
