Program Coordinator
We are looking for a program coordinator to join our small team! The ideal candidate will have experience working in a customer service oriented administrative environment, and possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
What you'll do
Effectively communicate with our customers and team of instructors, by phone and email to coordinate and schedule training programs
Use and maintain information within a Microsoft Outlook calendar for scheduling purposes
Data entry - enter training results into learning management systems
General administrative duties: answering phones, writing emails, preparing, organizing, and printing documents, ordering office supplies etc.
Update training schedules visible to clients on company website(s)
Create, print, assemble and ship training materials throughout the province
Obtain client payment information
Assist with basic financial tasks (processing payments, and potentially assist with invoicing in the future)

Possesses the initiative to plan, coordinate, and prioritize their workload effectively to meet deadlines, while maintaining accuracy and with minimal supervision
Has a "customer first" service focused attitude and demeanor; with the ability to identify, predict, and respond to customers' needs in a timely manner
Can clearly communicate and document detailed information, both orally and in writing, to various stakeholders
Is detail oriented and excellent at record keeping, with the ability to problem solve, and predict potential issues
Your background and experience
A minimum of grade 12 education
Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
Be able to type 50 words per minute
Administrative experience in an office environment is preferred
An office administration diploma or certificate would be considered an asset
Bookkeeping and/or previous financial experience would be considered an asset
We'll consider equivalent combinations of education and experience. Training will be provided for this role, and while experience in an office environment is preferred, we invite all interested parties to apply.
