You will do this by shaping program-level approaches to support operating model and business transformation, supporting the development of change experience strategies and the delivery of communications and engagement approaches, and guiding program management and governance for enterprise-wide programs.Each day will look different in your project-based role, including activities like: clarifying strategic questions, developing creative solutions, facilitating workshops, and guiding enterprise program planning processes.This role is a rare career opportunity, with access to exciting projects typically delivered by external consulting firms, but with the benefit of relationships, visibility, time, and flexibility to see the transformation through and make sure the change sticks.   • Engage and collaborate with key functional groups to implement transformation approaches and drive results; build a network of trusted relationships at many levels of the organization
  • Collaborate with partners to design and deliver change strategies for business and operating model transformation programs, including communications, engagement, and sustainment activities to support adoption and buy-in to changes
  • Support and advise on program management activities for large business transformation projects (e.g., governance, reporting, project management, approach & implementation planning, process improvement)
  • Support orchestration of program and change management efforts across multiple transformation programs, including cross-program prioritization, dependency mapping, and risk management
  • Facilitate stakeholder experiences across multiple teams to generate commitment to transformation-driven change and support behaviour & mindset shifts
  • Support the design and delivery of key deliverables for senior audiences, including design, planning, and strategy deliverables
  • Develop, refine, and maintain program management standards, tools, reporting, and methodology
  • Support scheduling and facilitation of working sessions with business partners and the work-back activities and reviews required to prepare for working sessions

qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business, communications, operations or related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting and/or in delivering large-scale business transformation programs
  • Experience driving change and/or program management for large projects / initiatives
  • Experience delivering change and/or working within a growth org context is helpful
  • Self-motivated, passionate, detail-oriented, multi-tasker extraordinaire who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and root cause identification skills
  • Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, written, and verbal
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn on the job and a \'growth mindset\'

Additional Notes
Authorization to work in Canada is required for this role.Compensation and Benefits Packagelululemon\'s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500 - $135,900 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
