Program Assistant

Job Description
The JCC is looking for a part-time Program Assistant to support a variety of programs and rentals that take place at the JCC during public and off hours.
Program Assistants will work supporting rentals and JCC programs, ensuring everything runs smoothly, while maintaining a high level of customer service and responsibility.
Specific duties could include:
Liaising with rental groups Sports League assistance Special event support Ensuring building security Managing participant entries and exits from the JCC Other program support and duties as assigned.
Skills and requirements:
Strong sense of responsibility and decision-making, excellent communication and listening skills, conscientiousness, ability to lead and follow directions, works well with others, as well as independently.
Education and experience:
Minimum high school-level graduate.
Hours of work possible:
Weekday later afternoon, evenings and some weekends.
