Based at the New Westminster Campus, this role collaborates closely with the Program Manager and Program Planner to support tuition programming. As a vital team member, this position ensures the smooth implementation and delivery of face-to-face and online courses, assisting with everything from preparing course materials to maintaining detailed records.This role encompasses a variety of administrative duties, including producing attendance lists, and processing course surveys and invoices. Responsibilities include supporting online offerings by maintaining and updating Blackboard, booking rooms, creating and marking exams using Questionmark, and entering final grades into the Colleague Student Information System. Effective communication is key, as information is provided to students, instructors, and external stakeholders, and liaison with various internal and external contacts is necessary.
