Position Summary:

Under the direction of the Manager, Student Outreach and Leadership, the incumbent provides logistics support and acts as a liaison between Branches and external participants.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of IMPRESS program, including but not exclusive to the recruitment of participants and coordination of summer activities.
  • Responsible for supporting and communicating with IMPRESS students, mentors and hosts as needed.
  • Work with various internal and external partners to coordinate IMPRESS activities and to drive the growth and overall success of the program.
  • Responsible for assisting in various operational functions for the IMPRESS program including the planning of events, adjudication of participants, resource development, and more.
  • Responsible for supporting additional ad hoc needs of the IMPRESS program as required.

Minimum Education and Experience: High School Diploma 1 Year Related Experience

Hourly Salary: (AMUSE C) $18.00

Estimated Number of Work Hours per Week: 20 (Part time)
