Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Analyst with strong experience in configuring, customizing, and developing SaaS and ERP platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise working with Oracle Fusion, ServiceNow CSM, Microsoft Cloud modules, and APIs, and will support large-scale enterprise transformation and modernization initiatives.

Engagements are structured on a contract-to-hire or fractional executive basis, with consultants operating in a white-label capacity, representing our organization and/or our end-clients at an executive level.

This role is well suited for professionals with 5-8 years of development and implementation experience who can work across business and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

Configure, customize, and develop solutions in:

? Oracle Fusion (ERP/HCM/Financials modules)

? ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management)

? Microsoft Cloud modules (Power Platform, Dynamics, Azure services)

Design, develop, and maintain APIs and integrations between enterprise systems

Support SaaS/ERP implementation projects, including setup, workflow configuration, and enhancements

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications

Develop custom components, scripts, and extensions using platform development tools

Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and project managers to support program delivery

Troubleshoot application issues and performance challenges across cloud environments

Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and governance standards

Support testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support

Document configurations, technical designs, and deployment procedures

Qualifications

Over 2-3 years of development and configuration experience in enterprise applications preferred

Strong background in SaaS and ERP systems

Hands-on experience with:

? Oracle Fusion configuration and development

? ServiceNow CSM development and customization

? Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 modules

? API development and integration frameworks (REST/SOAP, JSON, XML)

Experience in enterprise transformation or modernization programs

Preferred Certifications

Oracle Fusion Implementation Specialist

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)

Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer

AWS Certified Developer

Technical Skills

API development tools and integration platforms

SQL/PLSQL or similar database scripting

JavaScript, Python, or similar programming languages (asset)

Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud deployment models

Pay: $33.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
