You will also oversee communication and community outreach functions.The Senior Program Officer works closely with individuals and organizations in the professional arts community, providing consultative advice, direction, and assistance with the preparation of applications or reports to grant programs or funding agreements.We are seeking a champion of equity, diversity, and inclusion in the arts and beyond who has a demonstrated record of supporting equitable representation of and opportunities for equity- deserving artists and their communities.This position reports to the Director of Arts Nova ScotiaPrimary AccountabilitiesYou will lead and collaborate on the planning, development, administration and evaluation of policies, strategies and programs that aim to support and expand the capacity of the arts sector.
