Dans le cadre de votre poste, vous devrez :

• Effectuer diverses t\xc3\xa2ches reli\xc3\xa9es au d\xc3\xa9veloppement, \xc3\xa0 la qualification, \xc3\xa0 la certification et au soutien en service des syst\xc3\xa8mes d\xe2\x80\x99air (ATA 21, 30, 36) des avions A220.
• Supporter les investigations et effectuer des analyses approfondies de causes reli\xc3\xa9es aux enjeux en service et en production.
• G\xc3\xa9rer les modifications de bout en bout (PCR, RFC) en tant que point focal technique.
• Participer et diriger les revues majeures de conception des syst\xc3\xa8mes pour rencontrer les objectifs g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9raux de conception d\xe2\x80\x99avion.
• G\xc3\xa9rer les relations avec les fournisseurs de syst\xc3\xa8me, pr\xc3\xa9sider la r\xc3\xa9union d\xe2\x80\x99IPDT, examiner et approuver les livrables des fournisseurs.
• Assurer les interfaces entre les syst\xc3\xa8mes d\xe2\x80\x99air avec les syst\xc3\xa8mes \xc3\xa9lectriques, avioniques et autres.
• Participer \xc3\xa0 la d\xc3\xa9finition des requis des syst\xc3\xa8mes d\xe2\x80\x99air (\xc3\x89lectriques, m\xc3\xa9caniques, syst\xc3\xa8me, etc.) ainsi que leurs v\xc3\xa9rification sur la ligne de production.
• Participer \xc3\xa0 la pr\xc3\xa9paration des proc\xc3\xa9dures d\'essais ainsi qu\'aux essais sur banc d\'essai int\xc3\xa9gr\xc3\xa9, au sol et en vol, assistance a des tests pourra \xc3\xaatre requis.
• Supporter la ligne finale d\xe2\x80\x99assemblage pour des enjeux techniques
• En tant que focal de group, coordonner avec d\xe2\x80\x99autres fonctions et disciplines des programmes d\xe2\x80\x99avions commerciaux d\xe2\x80\x99Airbus, tels que la production, le support client, le bureau de programme, la planification du produit, pour fournir et obtenir l\xe2\x80\x99information requise pour assurer la progression des projets de d\xc3\xa9veloppement et certification
• Rendre compte aux diff\xc3\xa9rents niveaux de management lors des r\xc3\xa9unions de gouvernance

En tant que candidat id\xc3\xa9al,

• Vous poss\xc3\xa9dez un baccalaur\xc3\xa9at en g\xc3\xa9nie m\xc3\xa9canique, en g\xc3\xa9nie a\xc3\xa9ronautique ou l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quivalent.
• Vous poss\xc3\xa9dez un minimum de deux (2) ans d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience pertinente en conception, d\xc3\xa9veloppement, int\xc3\xa9gration et certification de syst\xc3\xa8mes d\xe2\x80\x99air ou cinq (5) ans d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9riences en int\xc3\xa9gration d\xe2\x80\x99autres syst\xc3\xa8mes a\xc3\xa9ronautiques.
• Vous avez une connaissance des processus RTCA DO-160 & DO-178.
• Vous \xc3\xaates familiaris\xc3\xa9 avec le processus de certification FAR 25/CAR525 et vous avez une exp\xc3\xa9rience aupr\xc3\xa8s des autorit\xc3\xa9s responsables de la navigabilit\xc3\xa9 des avions civils et connaissez les requis r\xc3\xa9glementaires des autorit\xc3\xa9s de certification.
• L\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience avec des processus visant \xc3\xa0 maintenir la navigabilit\xc3\xa9 et la s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 de l\xe2\x80\x99avion est consid\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9 un atout.
• Une exp\xc3\xa9rience avec le ARP4754 est consid\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9 un atout.
• Vous maitrisez de pr\xc3\xa9senter, la connaissance de la suite Google est consid\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9 un atout.
• Vous avez la capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 travailler dans une \xc3\xa9quipe internationale, mais aussi de mani\xc3\xa8re individuelle et vous \xc3\xaates capable de produire des r\xc3\xa9sultats de qualit\xc3\xa9 sous la pression.
• Vous poss\xc3\xa9dez d\'excellentes habilit\xc3\xa9s de communication (\xc3\xa9crite et orale) en fran\xc3\xa7ais et en anglais
• Vous \xc3\xaates capable de voyager occasionnellement.

In your role, you will:

• Perform various tasks related to the development, qualification, certification and in-service support of Air Systems (ATA 21, 30, 36) on A220 aircraft;
• Support investigation and perform root cause analysis for in-service and manufacturing issues;
• Manage engineering changes (PCR, RFC) as technical focal.
• Participate and drive the major design reviews to meet Aircraft Design Requirements and Objectives.
• Manage relationship with the system suppliers, chair weekly IPDT meeting, review and approve supplier deliverables.
• Ensured the interfaces between the air systems with electrical, avionic and other systems.
• Participate in the definition of air system requirements (Electrical, mechanical, system, etc.) as well as their verification on the production line.
• Participate in preparation of test procedure (Rig Test, Ground test, Flight Test); Witnessing of tests may be required.
• Provide production support to Final Assembly Line.
• Act as work package focal to coordinate with other functions & disciplines of Airbus Commercial aircraft programs, such as Production, Customer Support, Program Office, and Product Planning, to provide required information and also to collect required data, in order to ensure the advancement of the projects.
• Report to various level of management in governance meetings.

As our ideal candidate,

• You hold a University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.
• You have at least two (2) years of relevant experience with the design, development, integration and certification of Air Systems or five (5) years of experiences with integration of other aerospace systems.
• You have knowledge of DO-160 & DO-178 process.
• You are familiar with part FAR25/525 certification process and have experience with civil aircraft and airworthiness authorities.
• Experience with complex Continued Airworthiness Risk Assessments is considered an asset.
• Experience with ARP4754 is considered an asset.
• Experience of working as design authority is considered an asset.
• You are proficient in presenting and reporting, knowledge of google suite is considered as an asset.
• You have the ability to work in an international team, with minimal supervision, and you are able to produce quality results under pressure.
• You have strong communication skills (written and spoken) in French and English.
• You are able to travel occasionally.
