WindowRenovation.com is seeking a Window & Door Installation team or professional to join our team. We specialize in, but are not limited to; Window, door& glass installation.

We get some of the most challenging projects, and that is where we shine, in job planning and execution of large scope and scale and specialty Fenestration systems.

*All applicants must have current drivers license and valid registration/insurance of their vehicle and business including WCB and business liability insurance.
Responsibilities:
Pre job meeting with operations
Read blueprints
Layout job
Estimate and order materials
Document all changes and irregularities, discuss solutions
Prepare change orders
Confirm that all items & material are counted, measured, free from defect and have correct operation/build.
Call client & inform them of status / ETA
Greet client & ask for guided walk through of work areas
Confirm product operation, options & colour
Photograph all existing items to be changed in work areas
Protect customers property & execute safe work procedures
Service & install windows , doors & glass.
Demonstrate all installed products.
Clean up ALL work areas
Ensure security protocols followed
Walk through with client, explain maintenance & cleaning procedures, explain warranty & what to do if there is a problem.
Have client sign completion paperwork
Perform other tasks and/or projects as assigned
All subcontractors will adhere to code of conduct, NDA, Confidentiality/Non-Compete.
Qualifications
Understand all aspects of window & door renovation in residential setting
Knowledge of commercial & retail product installation
Strong understanding building enveloping with water management
Very experienced with caulking
Fully stocked tool belt, basic power / hand tools
Minimum 5 years experience in trade, with proven track record of high performance
Valid driver's license

Compensation
$25-$55/hr for professional individuals or contract basis for independent teams.
Work Schedule:
As contracted on various jobs
Monday - Friday, opportunity to work on weekends
Overtime to complete jobs within alotted time.
Out of town work & overnight as needed. Per diem provided.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.00-$44.00 per hour
