VDK Group Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Professional Spray Painter to join our growing production team. This role plays a key part in achieving the premium finish and craftsmanship that define our products. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, priming, and spray painting a variety of door, window, and aluminum components while maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills in a clean, organized, and fast-paced production environment.


What You'll Do




Prepare and finish steel, fiberglass, and aluminum components using professional spray techniques Mix and match paints, stains, and coatings to achieve desired colors and finishes Inspect and clean surfaces prior to painting to ensure a flawless final product Operate and maintain spray booths, compressors, and painting equipment safely and efficiently Apply coatings in accordance with VDK quality standards and product specifications Monitor drying times and apply additional coats as required for proper coverage and durability Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area Collaborate with production and quality control teams to ensure timely and consistent results

What You'll Bring




Proven experience as a spray painter in a manufacturing or finishing environment Strong knowledge of spray painting techniques, paint systems, and finishing materials Keen attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality finishes Ability to work efficiently under production schedules while maintaining quality standards Experience with paint mixing, color matching, and equipment maintenance Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team
