The Crew & NO Implementation department is responsible for the configuration, delivery and support of our Crew and Ops management products to commercial airline customers and to make sure that we deliver solutions that our customers truly need. Position Responsibilities:



Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Project Managers, providing developmental opportunities to enhance employee performance and expand capabilities. Maintain a positive, results oriented work environment, building partnerships with direct reports, local and regional teams and across the global organization. Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Work with local team and regional and global colleagues to continuously review lessons learned, identify process improvements, and implement best practices to delivery projects on time, on budget, and according to defined projects metrics. Collaborate with regional leadership to plan, manage, and optimize resources to achieve organizational goals and objectives. Support sales efforts by providing contract negotiations support and leveraging your expertise in Crew & NOM product and process knowledge to ensure successful implementations. Demonstrates a commitment to personal learning and development. Seeking feedback and proactively improving skills and knowledge. Foster innovation by exploring new opportunities and solutions, thinking beyond current practices, and approaching work problems with creativity and novel approaches. Possess strong analytical skills, including the ability to collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data to develop conclusions and recommendations. Have a comprehensive understanding of Boeing's organizations, processes, program plans, policies, and procedures, as well as products, to effectively perform the responsibilities of the role.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):



Minimum of 10 years of experience as a project/program manager. Minimum of 5 years working with external corporate clients. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a manager. Minimum of 3 years working with IT Professional Services. Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English. Ability to travel 20% of the time. Individual must not pose a risk for safeguarding of controlled goods. Must be eligible to handle US export-controlled data.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):



Experience with airline operation or airline IT, ideally with crew planning. Verbal and written communications skills in French. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, other technical computing or business discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Le service de mise en oeuvre de la gestion des equipages et des operations du reseau (Crew & NO Implementation) est responsable de la configuration, de la livraison et du soutien de nos produits de gestion des equipages et des operations aux compagnies aeriennes clientes et s'assure que nous fournissons des solutions dont nos clients ont reellement besoin. Responsabilites du poste :



Diriger, encadrer et accompagner une equipe de chefs de projet, en offrant des occasions de perfectionnement afin d'ameliorer la performance des employes et d'elargir leurs competences. Maintenir un milieu de travail positif et axe sur les resultats, en etablissant des partenariats avec les subordonnes directs, avec les equipes locales et regionales, ainsi qu'avec l'organisation a l'echelle mondiale. Developper et entretenir des relations et des partenariats avec les clients, les parties prenantes, les collegues, les partenaires et les subordonnes directs. Collaborer avec l'equipe locale ainsi qu'avec les collegues regionaux et mondiaux pour analyser en continu les lecons tirees, cerner les ameliorations de processus et mettre en oeuvre les pratiques exemplaires afin d'assurer la realisation des projets dans les delais, dans le respect des budgets et conformement aux indicateurs definis. Collaborer avec les dirigeants regionaux pour planifier, gerer et optimiser les ressources afin d'atteindre les buts et objectifs de l'organisation. Soutenir les ventes par la negociation de contrats et la connaissance des produits et des processus de gestion des equipages et des operations du reseau (Crew & NOM) afin de garantir la reussite des mises en oeuvre. Demontrer un engagement envers l'apprentissage et le developpement personnels. Demander de la retroaction et ameliorer de maniere proactive les competences et les connaissances. Favoriser l'innovation en explorant de nouvelles opportunites et solutions, en pensant au-dela des pratiques actuelles et en abordant les problemes professionnels en faisant preuve de creativite et en adoptant de nouvelles approches. Posseder de solides competences analytiques, y compris la capacite a collecter, organiser, synthetiser et analyser des donnees, et a elaborer des conclusions et des recommandations. Avoir une comprehension approfondie des organisations, des processus, des plans de programme, des politiques et des procedures de Boeing, ainsi que de ses produits, afin d'assumer efficacement les responsabilites du poste.

Qualifications de base (competences/experience requises) :



Minimum 10 ans d'experience en tant que chef de projet/programme. Minimum 5 ans d'experience avec des clients corporatifs externes. Minimum de 3 annees d'experience en tant que gestionnaire. Minimum 3 ans d'experience avec les services professionnels informatiques. Excellentes competences en communication orale et ecrite en anglais. Capacite a voyager 20 % du temps. La personne ne doit pas representer un risque pour la securite des biens controles. Doit etre autorise a manipuler des donnees controlees pour l'exportation vers les Etats-Unis.

Atouts (competences et experience souhaitees) :



Experience dans les operations aeriennes ou les technologies de l'information pour le secteur aerien, idealement en planification des equipages. Competences en communications verbale et ecrite en francais. Baccalaureat en administration des affaires, en informatique ou dans une autre discipline technique ou commerciale, ou une combinaison equivalente de formation et d'experience.
