Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Movers to join our team. As a Mover, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods for our clients. This position requires physical stamina, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Duties

Load and unload items from trucks and vehicles with care to prevent damage. Safely operate box trucks and other vehicles for transportation of goods. Navigate routes efficiently while adhering to delivery schedules. Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with clients. Assist in packing and unpacking items as needed. Utilize equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks for heavy lifting tasks. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse and loading areas. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during moving tasks.

Skills

Strong customer service skills to enhance client satisfaction. Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required. Experience in commercial driving, particularly with box trucks, is advantageous. Familiarity with delivery driver responsibilities and route driving. Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks safely. Proficiency in operating forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus. Comfortable driving manual transmission vehicles when necessary.
